Virtual Sales: All sales are final is our standard policy on any used merchandise, however each situation is unique. 

Brand new items are refundable within 14 days of purchase, with tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Contact us about your purchase for any reason! We are sure to provide a win-win outcome for both of us!

Virtual Sales: All merchandise is sold as is.   We do not guarantee any function, unless tested.  All tested merchandise will be noted within the item's description.
