To ensure we maximize the success of your sale, we kindly ask you to follow our Golden Rule of Estate Liquidation: Please, do not throw anything away! It is a common misconception that items must be perfect to be valuable. Today’s collectors seek a plethora of unexpected items—from old photographs and vintage paper ephemera to everyday household goods. Unless an item is stained, sticky, or has an odor, please leave it exactly where it is. Allow our trained experts to determine the true resale value of your belongings before you donate or discard anything. How to Prepare for Our Walkthrough: You do not need to clean or organize before we arrive! Simply walk us through the home and let us know what is staying and what is going. To make this easy, we recommend two simple steps: 1. Create a "Keep" Sanctuary: Please designate one specific room or closet to hold the family items you are keeping. 2. Tag the Heavy Items: For large items you are keeping, simply place a brightly colored fluorescent sticky note on them marked "Not For Sale."
